The Landside Operations Officer key functionality is to ensure operational and service facilities exceed customer expectations. You will be working alongside Airport partners sucj as the NZ Police, NZ Customs, MAF and Airlines as well a internal divisions. Tasks include terminal checks, fault and incident logging, communications, monitoring of CCTV systems, call-taking, dispatching, resporting, operations and reception.

You must be able to pass an Aviation security clearance and full medical test. You must also be able to work rotating day, afternoon and night shifts. 6 days on and 3 days off.
