Operating in the professional services field the firm has a vast range of clients from smaller locally owned businesses to large multi-nationals. Due to increased work load we now require a bright, bubbly and organised graduate to assist the team.The role will involve:Managing client files and updating dataResearching information and preparing reportsAssisting other staff with administrationMeeting, greeting and customer serviceTo be successful you must have:Completed your degree and be able to commence work ASAPExcellent computer skills, a fast typing speed and be at least an intermediate user of MS OfficeA genuine interest in Business, Sales & MarketingGreat organisational skills and attention to detailIf you are looking for a permanent position then this could be a fantastic chance to gain some valuable experience in the interim.
