Located in central Wellington this beautiful, modern aged care facility requires a Care Manager for their hospital wing. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Management of resident’s care
- Supervision and management of staff
- Resource management
- Quality management
- Maintenance of bed occupancy
- Clinical leadership
- Human Resources
- Ensuring best practice is maintained and excellence of care is delivered to residents.
To apply for this role you will
- Be a Registered Nurse with a current APC
- Have clinical and management experience in the aged care sector
- Possess an ability to supervise and manage staff
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a passion for providing excellent care and best practice
- Have time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and within a team
