T&SS (Technology & Shared Services) are in the process of replacing our current Service Management tool (DW) with BMC Remedy ITSM. As a critical member of the newly formed Telecom Service Desk you’ll be part of the team that is responsible for defining, developing and delivering class room based or E-Learning training including associated process changes to all SPG groups moving to this new tool. This is an exciting opportunity being across the full implementation of a new tool that will include Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request and Knowledge Management modules.
In the day part of your role, not only will you will become the go to expert for the ongoing implementation and development of training in the BMC Remedy ITSM suite, but also will be responsible for training and on-going development of Telecom Service Desk staff, this will include maintaining up to-date training material for on-boarding new staff and delivering refresher training to existing staff.
A sound knowledge of Service Desk policies and procedures and systems is required. You will be continually challenged to look for opportunities to improve the way we deliver service to our customers. You will be familiar with developing and conducting training and will be able to demonstrate what you have created in a similar environment.
You have a mature outlook and possess strong attention to detail, customer focus and initiative to take the lead, coupled with a desire for continuous improvement to provide outstanding Right First Time Client service on a day to day basis.
