Our client works within the kiwifruit industry and is looking for a qualified candidate that can juggle numerous tasks and operate in a highly organised manner.
The responsibilities for this position include project based tasks that are completed annually as well as liaising with Board members, co-ordinating meetings, accounting functions, diary management, bookings and appointments, customer service and general office administration.
Key Attributes, Experience and Skills for this role include:
- Previous experience working at a similar level
- Minimum of intermediate based accounting knowledge
- Prior experience working with confidential documentation
- Professionalism and high standard of work
- Excellent communication skills to deal with a wide range of people
- Initiative and forward thinking ability to problem solve
- Methodical worker who works well within systems and processes
- Experience with MYOB, Quickbooks, MS Office and Excel preferred
This is a unique role that is supportive and flexible to work a total of 22 hours per week. A quiet separate office that is attached to a large corporate organisation allows the working conditions to have people contact when required or alternatively a quiet workspace to focus on completing tasks.
