Recent growth of their buildings team has resulted in several internal promotions and a subsequent requirement for an experienced Electrical Engineer who is capable of assuming a Principal position in what has fast become a significant part of their local business.
As Principal Electrical Engineer within their Building Services department you will be responsible for the overall strategic growth of the department from both a project and headcount perspective.
With a sound reputation in the design and documentation of Electrical Services for commercial infrastructure projects you will be passionate and ambitious in regards to adding real value and promoting and facilitating internal growth. You will have a track record in building and Maintaining exceptional client relationships in a comparative or ideally the local market. In addition to this you will be competent onsite and have experience in dealing with contractors and the issues which inevitably arise in the commissioning of Electrical Services Projects.
As expected for all consultancy and management positions your communication, interpersonal and report writing skills will be of the highest calibre as the requirement to liaise and guide clients, contractors, architects and other consultants through the tendering, design, documentation and commissioning process will be paramount. To reflect the seniority of such a position the salary package will be negotiated to ensure that past experiences and future potential is considered and rewarded.
