Job Description
As the Insights and Analytics Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of 6 people delivering strategic analysis of the company and competitor landscape. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience responsibilities for this role will include, but not be limited to:
- Building a high performing team through coaching and development
- Developing long term customer, market and industry understanding
- Proactive opportunity identification
- Liaising with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Sales and the wider leadership team
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you will be experienced in market insight and/or market research. You have a proven track record in coaching, developing and mentoring teams. You have a tertiary qualification in Marketing or Commerce and ideally strong technical research skills with an exposure to Google Analytics, Nielsen/Aztec and Omniture. Additionally you have a pro-active & creative approach to providing actionable insight to the business both in methodology and relevance
