An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an NZ, industry leader, whose brands and products are loved and recognised around the world. They now seek a Product Design Manager to join their small, innovative Auckland based team
By being an integral part of the management team, you will work closely with the owners, the sales & sourcing teams and the design team to initiate new product ideas.
This role will use your creative and leadership/management skills, giving you responsibility for bringing the vision of the brand to life, through its products, packaging, merchandising, and marketing materials, including website media.
You will be responsible for managing the product development team. Ensuring the efficient and timely development of new products and designs that are aligned with our merchandising systems, planograms & packaging and associated marketing materials
Additionally you will possess the following skills:
- A strong passion for developing products and brands for both the local and international markets
- Proven background in leading the development of marketing campaigns
- Proven background in product development and project management from idea conception to final creation
- Qualification in Graphic Design. Advanced in using both creative & MS Office software
