This large public sector organisation is committed to the wellbeing of New Zealanders. They are looking for a Customer Support Officer to man their busy reception at two different locations. This role is designed to support the core services and processes for all staff and external customer relations with the purpose of the role being to provide a professional, knowledgeable and customer focused reception, telephone services and facilities support.

You will be the welcoming face of the organisation, delivering excellent customer service at all times. You will provide a professional and efficient telephone service to all callers both internal and external. The role is a diverse mix of reception, building maintenance support and administration with a mix of purchasing, supplies and relationship management thrown in there too.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in an office environment with a customer service approach. You will be someone who shows a lot of initiative and is a problem solver, you will have excellent communication skills, well developed written English skills and a sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Your time management skills are second to none, you can adjust to fit in ad hoc duties as they arise and most importantly you are immaculately presented and enjoy being the face of an important organisation.
