The role
As a Store Manager, your core responsibility will be to inspire and lead a dynamic team, ensuring the profitable running of the store.A major part of your role will be overall stock management, merchandising and constantly thinking outside the square on how to move stock quickly through the store and boost sales. You have the opportunity to take this store from great to outstanding and be the leading store in New Zealand!

Desired skills and attributes
Previous management experience in a retail environment, outlet experience is desired but not essential
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and build sales and service through exceptional store management
  • Experience in staff rostering, recruitment, performance management and all aspects of building a successful team
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem solving abilities and proactive outlook
  • Sound knowledge of retail requirements; POS, stock control, cash handling, security and Store presentation
  • A genuine passion for our products and the growth of our business
