As a Retention Specialist your days are never the same. You will have the opportunity to use your existing skills to continue building strong relationships with our valued customers by assisting them at key points during their life with Sovereign, with the aim of adding value and retaining business.
Initially, you would be making outbound calls to new and existing customers through “welcome calls” and arrears management. Once experienced in the outbound calling, usually three months into the role, you would then be trained in Conservation, taking inbound calls across a wide range of Risk and Investment products.
To succeed, we are looking for people with a background in customer service, and contact centre experience would be an advantage. You will also need to be outgoing, enthusiastic and a great communicator who can build relationships and trust quickly, convey information clearly, able to negotiate and overcome objections whilst helping find the best solution to their Insurance needs.
