One of New Zealands leading privately owned Financial Advisory firms is seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious person to work with our team of successful financial advisers to ensure their ongoing success.
The role will include various office reception/general administration tasks, client liaison and database management. The applicant will also be required to provide great attention to detail, contribute to the effective running of the office and shouldhave the flexibility to assist wherever required.
The applicant should have previous office experience and knowledge of Intermediate level of Word/Excel. It would be advantageous for the applicant to have experience within the Risk and Health insurance sector and/or Wealth Management. The applicant will need to be enthusiastic, professional and have good interpersonal skills. A willingness to learn and to be an effective team member is a must. Since the job involves talking to clients and industry providers, good communication skills and customer service is expected.
