The company is ready to add to their staff of implementation specialists and is actively seeking to appoint talented leadership individuals to work with key customers ensuring the very best implementation of solutions for their business objectives and expectations.
Working with a close knit and harmonious team of technology professionals, you will hold overall responsibility for providing technical leadership and implementation support to customers and partners. Your role will be crucial and you will be a pivotal part of the project delivery team assisting in the implementation of solutions that do not just meet but exceed clients’ business needs. As the interface between the business and the technology team you will be highly competent in making sure a client’s business requirements are suitably communicated to the technology team whilst at the same time ensuring the client is getting the best out of the product. With strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities you will be highly competent in client liaison and able to achieve client ‘buy in’ to the solution at all times.
Key skills will include:-
- The ability to design quality business solutions and support processes
- The ability to lead, manage and direct customers
- An ability to deliver pre and post sales excellence at all times
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues relating to Microsoft .NET and SQL Server based solutions
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with analysis tools
- The ability to project manage on multiple concurrent projects
- A passion for technology
