We seek a tertiary qualified HRA with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably gained within the IT/ Telecommunications sector. Preference will be given to those who have knowledge of and have worked with Affinity HRIS.
You will work closely with the current HRM supporting the company’s HR function, and provide generalist HR advice and assistance to the wider business. Your role on a day-to-day basis will include the whole gambit of generalist HR duties including generating employment agreements and some ER, recruitment, performance reviews and providing assistance with OD. You must have excellent communication and client service skills and be able to relate to a wide audience.
