Due to a growth in our busy Auckland office we now have an excellent opportunity for a well presented receptionist seeking a permanent role.
ROLE
As a part of our general insurance team this position will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional welcome in the corporate reception area of our Auckland office. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting all personal visitors & customers
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax communications
- Receiving mail/couriers/emails and distribute to appropriate individuals or teams.
- Manage and co-ordinate all off site storage files
- Maintaining the presentation of reception, boardroom and videoconferencing areas
- Meeting room reservations
- Managing our foyer screen TV/Cable and in-house presentations
- Processing invoices for payment and other administration duties and projects to support the teams within Zurich NZ
There is potential for the role to increase in responsibility if you demonstrate a willingness to learn and strong time management. Extra duties may include:
- travel bookings
- events management
- relieving PA when on holidays
- accounts payable
REQUIREMENTS
