Our Brands Outlet business consists of 23 outlet Stores located across Australia and New Zealand. The outlet stores play an integral role in the broader Pacific Brands strategy by working with our businesses to clear excess and redundant stock. We rely on the variety of our product and our exemplary customer service to make sure that our customers feel spoiled in every way; in every shopping experience; in every one of our stores.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Store Manager to join our new team at Tawa and become part of the growth of our business moving forward. We are seeking a self-motivated, sales oriented individual who is looking for the next step in their career. Your previous retail experience in a leadership capacity will ensure the future success of this store!
Your duties will include:
- Achieving monthly budgeted sales through effective team leadership
- Coaching, developing and motivating your team
- Managing rosters
- Completing weekly and monthly store administration tasks
- Dynamic merchandising and store presentation
- Processing, storing and replenishing stock
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous retail management experience (apparel environment preferred)
- Strong sales ability and a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong customer orientation, with a focus on the delivery of impeccable customer service
- Self motivation and the proven ability to succeed in a fast paced and challenging retail environment.
This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who is keen to utilise their current sales and people management skills within this fantastic company. Working 40 hours per week on a rotating roster, including some weekends, your pro-active approach and commitment to working as part of a broader team will see you succeed in this role.
