We’re looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join the high-achieving Christchurch Business Banking team. As Business Relationship Manager, you’ll take ownership of managing the day-to-day requirements of a specific portfolio of Business Banking accounts. Here, your personal credibility and strong analytical skills will enable you to identify and act on opportunities to promote and sell ASB products, comfortably addressing customer needs. You’ll also support a team of Business Managers, gaining an in-depth view of Business Banking and how small business in New Zealand operates.
This is a full-on role that will draw heavily on the exceptional organisational, time management and customer service skills you’ve already gained in a credit and lending environment. Preferably tertiary qualified and familiar with achieving under pressure, you’ll also have the kind of friendly, can-do attitude and confident phone manner that will quickly establish positive and long-term relationships with your customers.
