We have a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Direct Marketing Manager to join TOWER.
This role is responsible for driving TOWER’s Below The Line (BTL) campaign activity to achieve superior results from both acquisition activity and cross-sell to existing TOWER customers, utilising customer insight, data segmentation and modelling, and direct marketing best practice.
Key elements of the role include leading TOWER’s campaign planning activity, working with the Brand Marketing Manager to determine the best mix of media to achieve overall campaign objectives, delivering BTL elements of all campaigns and managing the translation of product customer value propositions into compelling customer messaging.This role is responsible for leading all existing customer communication, including the definition of customer contact cycles, and will work closely with the Cross- sell and Loyalty team to produce compelling communications to targeted new and existing customer segments.
To be successful in this role you must have strong experience with complex B2C direct marketing programme delivery across an extensive product range and multiple direct channels.You’ll have strong project management disciplines and expertise in BTL campaign management, cross-sell and customer/market segmentation principles and test matrix development.
We anticipate you will have relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business and have at least 8 years work experience in a structured marketing environment, preferably within the financial services sector.Motivated by achievement, you will have the inclination and the capacity to consistently deliver beyond expectation and be dedicated to sharing your expertise and mentoring the team.You’ll be a team player and enjoy contributing to the vibrant culture of the team. You will have a confident and effective communication style and have well developed relationship management skills.
