Our client is currently looking for a solicitor with 3 years pqe experience to work within a small but perfectly formed team. You will be working with a Partner and Senior Associate who both have developed strong leadership and mentoring skills. In turn, you will be supported by a junior solicitor and law clerk to ensure that your focus is on the complex contractual relationships that require your attention. Due to the spread across both commercial and corporate law you will be able to further your expertise in M&A, Joint Ventures and Private Equity transactions, whilst also gaining experience in commercial matters such as sales and marketing, shareholders agreements and so on. This role will allow you to easily move in-house, work with any market leading firm or other directions that your career may take you.
