Client Manager Job at Guardian Trust, Waikato, Hamilton
Guardian Trust has a vacancy for a Client Manager in our Hamilton office. A suitable total remuneration package will be negotiated based on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
The role is accountable for managing and growing a portfolio of valuable clients and to support the ongoing responsibilities they have entrusted to us. The position requires demonstrable experience in client relationship management and engagement, new business success through client referrals and networking, accurate and timely decision making and quality administration. Previous experience in the trustee industry would be advantageous.
Other skills that are desirable but not essential are property management, accountancy and legal. A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous. As the portfolio concerned has a high number of investment management and financial advice clients, the successful candidate will be required to have the designation of Authorised Financial Adviser, or higher qualification and will be expected to study to achieve this if they do not hold the designation at present.
This is a challenging role, requiring independent thinking, analysis and decision making. Strict adherence to company policies and procedures and a very high standard of personal ethics that matches those of the company is required. This position will be very rewarding and personally gratifying for the right person.
