- The competence to provide prudent financial assistance
- The ability to quickly learn and retain new information
- Excellent listening, communication and multi-tasking skills
- High levels of computer literacy, accuracy and keyboard skills
- An understanding of how to control your voice to speak with a calm, clear and pleasant tone
You may already have call centre experience, or you may be eager to improve on existing customer service skills. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic person who enjoys delivering excellent customer service via the phone, and wishes to begin a rewarding career in a fun, fast-paced environment.
