These roles don’t come often and is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for coaching and continuous improvement. The Training and Quality Assurance Support will assist and support Partners Support Centre to ensure all customer interactions are of high quality and deliver value. This role will be responsible for delivering training and compliance programmes to maintain a competitive advantage in the market place.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the delivery of sales and service excellence to customers through the development and delivery of training programmes, while also providing recommendations to assist in the achievement of targets and process improvements
  • Actively listen for customer barriers and identify opportunities to review Support the business to achieve Quality and customer satisfaction SLA’s through tailored training programmes to Support Centre staff, Team Leaders and Centre Manager
  • Use specialist knowledge to provide assistance and guidance to BNZ Partners
  • To lead, shape and inspire participants through professional facilitation and delivery of workshops.

To be successful in this role you’ll have the ability to influence with ease and communicate at all levels. You will have a proven sales and service history, and experience facilitating, presenting and leading others. Your communication skills are second to none, and you will regarded for your excellent time management skill. Participation in and coaching of Inspire Programme and a workable knowledge of Kaizen are also essential.
