Our companys success has been built on innovation, quality products and continuous improvement in an exceptional team based environment.An exciting opportunity has arisen in one of our four New Zealand operations for an Order Fulfilment Manager located at our Hamilton site but responsible for activities at both the Hamilton and Rotorua sites which manufactures and sources flexible food packaging The Order Fulfilment Manager is responsible for the accurate taking of Customer Orders, scheduling of jobs on work centres using a scheduling optimisation software package, delivery management process, Ex Stock inventory level management, priority setting and issues resolution, to meet the highest standards of service to our customer base.You will be experienced in a supply chain management, with functional skills in Work Centre scheduling, front line customer service, and inventory management. This requires strong skills in facilitating and prioritizing with the Sales Team and Manufacturing team.We are looking for an individual with strong communication & leadership skills. Possessing a talent to innovate, influence and lead change management. You will be able to show experience and abilities to manage a team of eight with proven results in team management and continuous improvement of service levels to customers.You will be an active participant in the site management team. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to apply Customer order management and production planning strategies to achieve superior levels of customer service, while balancing production efficiency and cash flow management.You will have technical skills working with an ERP system, preferably SAP, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs.Tertiary and/or industry qualified, youll also be familiar with best-in-class Sales & Operations Planning practices.
