My client is an Auckland based corporation who is looking for a Change Manager and Services Analyst.
They are a complex multifaceted organisation who are going through significant internal change and require specialist knowledge to help them progress with large transitional programmes of work.
As the Services Analyst you will utilise your existing ITIL qualifications and experience to document the design of policies, procedures and service catalogs for a large programme of work. You will then help drive the implementation of the new services framework throughout the organisation.
The Change Manger (HR) will be responsible for helping implement a large programme of work utilising your in-depth knowledge of NZ employment law and your experience with NZ based HR related principles and disciplines.
