About you:
Our Network Designers are required to deliver high quality design outcomes based on the sound application of telecommunications systems & practices. As we are currently looking for a range of skills to join our Network Design team, we’re interested in hearing from:
- Either – Successful Telco Network Designers who are already in the industry looking for new challenges
- Or – Highly driven individuals with a great desire for quality & detail who are looking for an opening into a new and rewarding career, for which we provide fantastic learning and training opportunities. Whilst no Telecommunications experience is required, you will need to have good computer skills, a positive attitude, be keen to learn, and be able to work well alongside others (especially mentors), as well as independently when directed.
The work we undertake is nationwide, so travel within New Zealand may be required from time to time to meet our business needs.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential for your success in this role, as you will need to build sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Innovation, flexibility, commitment and computing skills will be your other assets!
