Are you seeking a career in recruitment? Kelly Services are searching for our next superstar to join our highly successful team with full training provided to meet your career potential. Working within the temporary division specializing in office support and office professional roles, you will be responsible for, recruitment and selection, taking and filling temporary assignments, candidate care and retention, all administrative functions within the temporary division as well as extensive client liaison and sales focus.

Essential Criteria:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A strong customer service focus
  • A proven track record in sales as this role will encompass a strong business development component, both face to face and over the phone
  • Recruitment and Selection experience preferred but not essential
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong Administrative background and advanced computer skills

This role requires a self starter who is flexible in their work hours and prepared to work within a team environment to achieve outstanding results. In addition you must have a ‘can do’ attitude, a willingness to work hard as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure, pay close attention to detail and continue to smile in the face of hectic work schedule is also essential.
