Corinthian is part of the JELD-WEN family, the world’s largest supplier of timber doors and windows. We will be stocking and supplying timber door products throughout New Zealand and is looking for an experienced customer service centre person.
Customer services are the first point of contact for our customer base and view this as a very important role.
Requirements:
We are seeking an outstanding communicator with an excellent phone manner.
You will be answering mainly inbound calls, process the orders and plan deliveries.
This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable with multi-tasking and managing a busy workload. Assisting with other administration duties will be required.
You will be efficient, organised and deadline driven.
Have a keen attitude and professional.
You must have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
You will be a problem solver with attention to detail.
Computer skills will be an advantage.
Physically fit with good health history.
Good time keeping, attendance.
Have good references.
