This is an opportunity to take your product experience to the next level within NZ largest bank.
Reporting directly to the Head of Products, Commercial & Agri, you will drive the performance, growth and profitability of ANZ's Comercial and Agri assest and liability product portfolio.
The role involves determining portfolio & product strategy, pricing, positioning, frontline suport, product policy, reporting, product development and delivery. Key accountabilities include:
- Portfolio assessment in terms of exceeding customer needs, supporting business unit growth and simplicity
- Developing business cases
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders to maximise business unit returns and minimise risk
- Developing and assessing the product and pricing discretions policy and determining appropriate pricing changes
- Product and fee performance reporting and benchmarking
- Manage product projects & initiatives for the Commercial & Agri business
Ideally you will have proven product management experience from within a banking environment and a relevant tertiary qualification. However, to ensure your success in this role, an analytic nature, experience managing projects or autonomous pieces of work and the ability to build credibility within this business are definitely a pre-requisite.
