Due to the winning of a new major client in the finance / banking industry – this employer seeks a talented Client Coordinator to join their high energy team. The primary focus of the role is to lead and support all client projects to meet the service and quality standards required for their brand.
The person we are looking for will already have the following attributes and skills;
- You will have existing call centre experience ideally in a client liaison role
- Your ability to listen to and champion the clients needs in the call centre – is paramount
- You are known for your ability to both generate and analyse critical data / reports.
- It goes without saying that your communication and people skills are second to none
