Working with a team of experienced engineers and drafters and reporting directly to the structural associate, you will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers and drafters to produce concept to construction design and documentation for large scale residential high rise and commercial multi storey developments predominantly utilising steel, reinforced concrete and post tensioned concrete, therefore ideally you will have 6-12 years of experience in the structural design of multi storey concrete structures, a reasonable amount of which being local. As the successful candidate you will be able to negotiate a competitive salary package which will be largely based on the relevance and extent of your structural engineering experience, for the right candidate the package is expected to 6 figures, you will be able to work on some of the most prestigious building developments and lead a team of engineering professionals. This role would be suitable for an experienced senior structural engineer as well as an ambitious and highly developed intermediate level structural engineer looking to step up and be challenged.
