Senior Commercial Claims Handler Job at Hays Insurance, Auckland, Auckland Central
Our client is a leading international broking firm based in the CBD. Due to an increase in business, they have an immediate requirement for an experienced senior commercial claims handler to join their team and provide seamless claims guidance and comfort to their clients.
Reporting to the claims manager, you will be managing all aspect of large commercial claims including total loss, property and business interruption. You will be liaising with the client, the insurers and loss adjustors until the claim is settled.
Youll need a full understanding of large and complex commercial claims (minimum 7 years experience) and have indepth experience with property and business interruption claims. You will be able to hit the ground running, be able to work independently and be self-managing. A pro-active approach, excellent time management and the ability to make decisions whilst guiding clients and providing a sense of comfort and professionalism is essential.
