Community Mental Health and Addictions are looking to appoint an experienced mental health nurse into the role of Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to one of our integrated MH and Addiction teams.
The role involves the assessment and treatment of people experiencing a range of moderate to severe mental health issues and you will be responsible for coordinating the care for a caseload. This is an opportunity to work as part of an integrated and supportive Multi-Disciplinary Team and to develop and expand your skills and knowledge in the area of adult mental health and addictions.
This is a full-time permanent position.
