Its pretty simple really and for a true hunter in Freight Forwarding then you know whats required. Winning new business is gold and retaining your new business is just as valuable. Bringing on new accounts in todays market is the key so your savvy seeking skills and ability to close deals is paramount.
The ideal person
You have been on the road a few years with a successful track record of Freight Forwarding sales. You may have worked in a multi- national and are now seeking a more relaxed though vibrant environment where results still count. These guys are social and really believe in enjoying a good honest days work with some fun. They like to recognize everyones contribution and ensure that youre feeling valued so they have an incentive program thats generous and works!
The company
Is an Independent which is a large enough to fight with the big boys as well really look and protect its clients. They have just the right amount of bells and whistles and have some great rates in the market In fact its not easy to take an account of them and this is simply doing the basics well and looking after the customer is number one.
