We seek a first class player within our Distribution Centre in Mangere. Reporting to the DC Manager and working within the Distribution Centre of our Logistics/Supply Chain Department, you will work with the team to provide exemplary services as a Distribution Centre Supervisor.
Knowledge, skills and ability required to competently perform the duties of this role are:
- Demonstrated leadership skills together with the proven ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- The ability to work proactively and achieve productivity objects
- Demonstrated attention to detail, including a high level of accuracy
- Demonstrated commitment to health and safety in the workplace
Candidates that can demonstrate experience in:
- Distribution operations experience ideally in a high volume, FMCG base environment
- Experience in working with a sophisticated systems (RF enabled PKMS well regarded) and general PC literacy
- Exposures to implementing and maintaining the highest OH&S standards
