This is an exciting time to join our award winning Resort. With upcoming renovations and a reinvigorated approach to human resources support now is the time to join our proactive team and be a key player in redesigning recruitment support for the business.
Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager Human Resources you will be responsible for reviewing current practices, liaising with operational managers and the executive team to create effective proposals for change and implementing streamlined and efficient best practice recruitment strategies. You will be supported by a Recruitment Officer.
As a Recruitment Manager, you will have a flair for smart, strategic solutions, a hands-on approach to recruitment operations and strong relationship management skills to match.
The successful applicant will show:
- Proven success in managing recruitment for a diverse and dynamic business
- Confidence with creating and implementing change proposals
- Excellent relationship management skills
- The ability to communicate to all levels of the business effectively
- Hospitality/Hotel Industry experience preferred but not essential
- Experience working with and recruiting Indigenous applicants highly advantageous
