ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
We require an experienced qualified Electrical Engineer to join our clients manufacturing plant.
In this key role part of the responsibilities will be to provide the plant with electrical engineering expertise and assist with design and implementation of electrical projects along with working alongside the Maintenance Manager developing the annual electrical Maintenance and shutdown plan.
It is essential that applicants are experienced (3-5 years) in high voltage power distribution systems in a heavy industrial/manufacturing environment and have a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (Level 7 or above) along with the following technical skills:
- Maintenance Management Systems
- Planning Tools & Methodologies
- Total Quality Management Principles
- Analysis and Problem Solving Tools
- Understanding of Process Logistic Control Systems
- Understanding of Variable Speed Drives
- Understanding of Motor Control Centres
- Interpreting of Cable Schemes
- Health & Safety Standards
- Safety, health and environmental relevant legislation
- High Voltage
Some of our clients present and future projects include:
- Upgrade of the 33KV power supply reticulation
- Installation of 18MVA 33/11KV transformer
- Upgrade of plant power distribution system
- Optimisation of electrical energy use on site
