As an intermediate Quantity Surveyor you will be need to be confident in the following duties:
• Prepare and price the Contract/Design drawings, schedules.
• Prepare quotes to submit to client
• Prepare schedules & estimates
• Obtain subcontract costs and prices.
• Understanding estimates, subcontract costs, pricing drawings & schedules
• Manage costing
• Communication skills,
• Preparing final accounts & variations
