We are seeking the services of an individual with a proven track record in regional an urban planning. If this is you then you will be an integral part of a national planning team that is involved in a number of transportation, industrial, and water related projects. Working out of the Wellington office and reporting to the Business Group Manager you will be involved in a range of urban development, statutory planning and resource management work.
To be considered for this position you will ideally have:
- 8 years plus experience with a relevant Resource Management qualification
- Full membership of the NZPI
- Familiarity with national, regional and local government processes and procedures and in particular, a strong working knowledge of the RMA
- Infrastructure experience within one of the following sectors: transport, water or rail
- Sound Business development experience
This is a senior role with a salary range in excess of $100,000, to gain this you will need to be self motivated and have a personality that allows you to build strong business relationships.
