Based on Aucklands Northshore, my client is a leading provider of Business Communication Solutions. They run a highly professional and credible service selling business solutions to SME and Corporate customers. They have a very motivated and successful sales team and are now looking to compliment that, with 2 DYNAMIC and MOTIVATED Telesales / Lead generators.
Ideally candidates will have at least 2-3yrs previous telemarketing experience, or outbound customer service experience from within a call centre/phone sales environment. You will be 100% self motivated and will be fully confident in your ability to pick up the phone and make those calls. You will thrive, working as part of a busy team, and will take pride in rising to the challenge of cold calling business prospects to make set sales appointments
We are looking for someone with a fun, out-going personality, who really enjoys talking to new clients on the phone. You will get a thrill from exceeding your targets. Will have excellent time management skills and will have a professional phone manner.
This is a seriously fantastic position for someone who wants to join a team of really hard-working and supportive people. You will receive a lot of really good training, with plenty of scope to earn good commission for those who really shine.
