This firm are looking at their senior staffing needs for 2011. They are a firm which are an alternative to the larger firms, not getting too obsessed with productivity and not encouraging long hours, allowing more flexibility and trust with their staff. They have an exceptional record for staff loyalty with minimal turnover in the past 5 years. The firm operate more under a flat structure model that is not overly hierarchal. A sizeable firm with the full ambit of accounting and business services, they are a looking for further growth in 2011.This role is to work alongside one of the Partners assiting them in their diverse and sizable fee base of over $1M.
