This role will see you responsible for analyzing functional requirements and creating technical designs in the Maximo space. You will develop and communicate the detailed technology architecture and implementation strategy for a solution to both clients and project teams. As well as guiding all the technical aspects of the solution development and integration, including technical design and quality of the technical implementation you will be responsible for contributing to all phases of the software development life cycle of custom applications and interfaces for a strategic asset management system. This role is typically customer focused and can handle complex consulting and Implementation centric development engagements independently. This role is responsible for reviewing of technical work products and ensuring adherence to quality standards. It is preferred that you have the following:* At least 5 years experience in general consulting skills (client relationship/presence, presentation ability * At least 5 years experience in with the full software development lifecycle, including client-facing activities * At least 3 years experience in Java/J2EE Development * At least 3 years experience in relational database expertise (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) * At least 1 year experience in Web Services and SOA * At least 1 year experience in XML, XSL, and general interface development * At least 1 year experience in WebSphere integration tools or other similar middleware tools desirable. * At least 2 years experience in Technical implementation of any package solution software desirable. SAP and Oracle Apps preferred. * At least 2 years experience in EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), Plant Maintenance and/or Preventive Maintenance desirable.
