THE ROLE
- Is a Branch Manager role with responsibility for staff, sales, budgets, financials, sales and service
- You will be managing a team of people and ensuring that the branch runs as effectively as possible
- Strong people management is required to ensure that the day runs well, all staff are happy and fully engaged, and that the customers go away delighted with the service.
The Branch is a large one based on the North Shore and will require the successful person to have great customer relationship skills and overall good systems and people management along with great excel and outlook skills
SO what do YOU need to get this role:
- A Qualified Mechanic even if obtained and not practised for years
- Fantastic people Management skills
- Awesome leadership skills
- Great Customer relationship skills that relate to the local Truckie and to the top executive
- Great at Looking after Key Accounts
- Good at budgets and financials and keep to the proven method of doing things
