Wrap Operations Analyst
– Wellington
We are seeking a driven and proactive individual, with previous experience in the Wealth business to step into this unique and new opportunity.
Reporting to the Wrap Operations Manager, you will primarily provide efficient & timely administrative support for the Wealth offer provided to Westpac customers. You will work closely with the Advice team to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and Advisers.
Key responsibilities will include:
– Development and implementation for new product models
– Maintain asset allocation and service levels
– Develop management reporting
– Support the execution of projects and initiatives to enhance outcomes for Operations and the business
– Assist with administering corporate actions and asset transfers
– Identify and prioritise process improvement opportunities
– Involvement with key projects
– Ensure quality assurance procedures and standards are adhered to
To excel in this role you will have strong investment administration experience, particularly wrap portfolio administration. It is expected that you will have knowledge and familiarity of investment products, managed funds, shares and bonds, including the trading (buying and selling) and income distribution components of such products.
This role will see you interact with a number of internal and external parties, so the proven ability to engage, advise, and influence will be paramount to your success. Equally important is your exceptional planning and problem solving skills, coupled with your Excel and Word expertise.
Ideally you will be tertiary qualified; a diploma in Personal Financial Planning would be beneficial though not essential.
