Your role will be to add a level of Operational Supervision to the existing Branch Manager at the Gisborne operation to ensure they perform to the companys high standards. This is a hands on position you will focus on continual improvement of operational efficiency through strong and effective leadership and skills development in the work force. The successful applicant will have a strong focus on health and safety management to ensure universal adherence to safe operating practices. You will assist the manager; ensuring strong relationships with customers are maintained.
You will have a track record of success and expertise in a complex operational environment and staff leadership. Alternately a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable in Forestry, Logistics or Transport. You will possess good organisation and time management skills along with the ability to build strong ongoing relationships with service providers and customers.
