Our client are a leading Direct Marketing Agency with an outstanding reputation and a stable of blue-chip clients. They are part of a larger integrated communications agency and have an opportunity for a Senior CRM Planner to join their planning team.
This is a unique role working across a range of blue-chip client portfolios andfacilitating the delivery of key customer insights that drive the communication and creative strategy across multiple marketing channels. The purpose of the role is to develop interesting and insightful CRM strategies that support clients to achieve their business objectives.
There is huge scope and the chance to work with some of the best in the business. You will have a proven skill-set which includes:
- Clear understanding of CRM and ability to articulate its value to clients
- Thorough understanding of direct marketing campaign development and execution
- Understanding of the use of data planning to understand customer behaviours, determine profitability and predict likely future behaviors
- Ability to interpret large amounts of information into impactful insights
- Thorough understanding of the digital environment and its potential for building profitable customer relationships
- Excellent communication and people skills.
As well as all of the above, we are seeking an energetic, smart and experienced marketer who is passionate about CRM and direct marketing disciplines and who will thrive working in a creative, fast-paced and performance orientated environment.
