A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Executive Assistant to work with the Secretary to the Treasury and play an integral role in the Office of the Executive and senior Leadership Team.
As a self starter you will be proactive and highly organised, an individual who excels at staying one step ahead of the needs and demands of a busy Chief Executive. You are able to turn on a dime; juggling competing demands while prioritising workflows in line with the objectives of the Office of the Executive. Building relationships with a wide range of people, both inside and outside of the business will be essential and pivotal in this role. The Treasury is seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years senior Executive Assistant experience along with a proven track record as a high performer experienced in providing support to a Chief Executive or a similar senior role.
In the Executive Assistant role you will be liaising with senior members of the Treasury and Government and strong communications skills are a must. You will also be working with other PAs and EAs to develop and maintain cross Treasury relationships in order that the Treasurys Support systems and processes are well integrated, streamlined and efficient.
Your responsibilities will include a range of senior EA duties such as:
- Complex diary management; assessing, prioritising and advising on meeting and speaking requests
- Screening, processing of all incoming/outgoing email and correspondence
- Drafting email and correspondence for and on behalf of the CE
- Tracking and managing information and workflow, developing systems for efficient file and data management
- Forward planning, including involvement in development and implementation of external engagement plan and international schedule
- Coordination of travel arrangements
- Document preparation and processing etc.
- Leadership within wider support team, being a strong a role model

Depending on the level of experience the salary range for this role is between $52,541 through to $78,811.
