Youre a highly motivated and experienced mental health practitioner recognised amongst your peers as an expert in the design and delivery of mental health services. Passionate about working with children and young people you believe that the early detection and intervention of mental health disorders is critical in supporting Child, Youth and Familys clients and their families to a brighter future.
Children in care are a highly vulnerable group with increased physical, mental and social health needs. Our Services to Children in Care programme has been tasked with supporting this group in a number of ways including providing intensive clinical support and mental health services to children in care.
Utilising your knowledge, networks, experience and expertise in the mental health sector develop the services for Child, Youth and Family to implement the mental health response for this new initiative.
To be successful in this position, you will have exceptional relationship management skills, extensive experience in the mental health sector, understand the needs of families and children with mental health disorders and be an articulate presenter with outstanding communication skills.
