As we continue to grow, a unique opportunity has opened up for a Part-Time Candidate Consultant to work with our Manpower NZ team in Wellington.
Being a part of this dynamic and forward looking team, your role is integral to the continued success of the business. Your ability to successfully work alongside the team and identify high potential candidates for both contract and permanent positions within Wellington is critical.
To ensure success in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong behavioural and competency based interviewing skills
- High attention to detail (Ad writing etc)
- Solid administration skills
- Excellent candidate care (including administration tasks)
