The right candidates must have the following essential qualifications to be considered:
RN’s
- Currently hold a Nursing Qualification
- Previous Aged Care experience
EEN’s
- Medication Endorsement
- Previous experience
AIN’s
All candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
- Commitment to the aged and knowledge of aged persons basic needs
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Are flexible and have excellent organisation and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have an interest in participating in resident focused care
- Thrive on the opportunity to deliver exceptional care and services to residents and their families
- Willing to work rotational rosters
