With your strong judgment, leadership, tact and interpersonal skills you’ll be a vital component of the Business Injury Prevention team. You will guide your team of Programme Managers who engage with sector leaders and organisations to reduce the number and severity of injuries. You will call on your performance management knowledge to monitor the team‘s success and their unique contribution to ACC while working alongside your team members providing guidance and support.
Having proven injury prevention and leadership experience demonstrating high standards of leading to enable the achievement of objectives and targets will set you apart whilst also demonstrating an energetic passion for continuous improvement and the ability to influence successful change.
